Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-5 business days. During peak seasons or shop sales, processing times may vary and be slightly longer. We always strive to ship as quickly as possible.

Shipping Rates

We primarily ship USPS and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. 

Tracking Your Order

All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your package has shipped. Please double check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please reach out to us. While we cannot control shipping carrier delays, we'll do our best to help resolve the issue.
