We design our cutters with a stepped edge for sharper cuts and a rounded handle. They can also be used for fondant. The cutter is measured is from edge to edge at the longest point. Size is approximate.
We print our cutters on a 3D printer. The PLA used is a food safe PLA. The cutters are best cared for by washing them in warm, soapy water. They are not dishwasher safe. The dishwasher could warp or melt your cutter.
